For 15 years, Justine built and led teams across the Go-To-Market sector in several highly successful Technology Start-Ups and Scale-Ups. She always secretly wanted to run her own business. At the beginning of 2024, she took the leap and founded Femprenelle to share her expertise with ambitious Female Entrepreneurs.

Seeing a crucial need to demystify the B2B sales process and teach the critical skills required to acquire medium to large enterprise clients, Justine is on a mission to increase the number of Female-Owned businesses with a £1,000,000 annual turnover. Currently, 67% of women-owned businesses have a turnover of £25,000 or less, whilst 2% have £1,000,000 or more. It’s time to get to work!
